Hi, I'm Eric Acosta-Verprauskus and it is my pleasure and privilege to serve as the principal of Wagner Ranch Elementary School in our Orinda Union School District.

I look forward to supporting our Wagner Ranch School community and continuing our tradition of excellence.  We will strive toward our school mission that "in partnership with our staff, families and community (we) inspire each child through educational excellence, diverse enrichment experiences, and mutual respect, to a lifetime of learning and the creation of a better world."

I am a value driven leader and I follow these values to ensure I am ushering us effectively toward achieving our school mission:  servant leadership, mission driven leadership, transparent leadership with valuation of open feedback culture, distributive leadership, leading as lead learner, and leading in a highly visible manner.
